  • Where do you deliver? Can I pick-up my order?

    Yes. Delivery is offered for a flat-fee for the Chicago ZIP codes listed below: 60607, 60608, 60610, 60611, 60612, 60614, 60616, 60618, 60622, 60624, 60625, 60639, 60640, 60641, 60642, 60644, 60645, 60646, 60647, 60651, 60657, 60659, 60660, 60707, 60712, 60804

    Pick-up is available for no additional cost. Pick-up is located in Wicker Park/Bucktown. Detailed instructions will be provided after the order is placed and confirmed.

  • Do you offer 1:1 and group workshops?

    Yes! Check out our current workshop offerings.
    If we’re sold out, subscribe to the Pala Floral Newsletter to be the first in the know when workshop tickets become available.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    All orders and workshop tickets are final sale. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or a ticket has been purchased. Workshop tickets are transferrable.

    If you need to cancel a floral order, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance of the delivery date. While we cannot issue refunds, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future order at our discretion.
    We do not offer refunds once flowers have been delivered or picked up.

    If there is a concern with the quality of your arrangement, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a photo and description of the issue so we can assess and make it right if something didn’t meet Pala Floral standards.

    All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only considered in the event of clear quality issues or order errors.

  • Do you offer retail, commercial, residential styling, and weekly floral subscriptions?

    Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly floral subscriptions. Subscriptions are designer’s choice, however, can also be customized to align with your brand.
